Best Muddy Buddies (Puppy Chow) Ever

So I've decided to start posting the recipes I find that I really like. One, it's a way to keep track of them and two, a way to share if people want them. This one I got from my sister-in-law and it is the best I have ever tried. The little bit of maple makes all the difference.

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/8 tsp maple
7 cups rice Chex
2 cups powdered sugar

In a large bowl with lid melt the chocolate chips.  Add the peanut butter and flavoring; stirring until smooth.  Pour in cereal and carefully stir until coated. Add powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time. Put on lid and shake between 1/2 cups to coat the Chex completely. Cool in refrigerator.
Enjoy!

Yay we have a Blog!

So I think this is kind of the married thing to do...but Roy and I now have a blog as a way to keep everybody updated on what we're doing. Life isn't too exciting at the moment. We are both attending school and busy as ever. We hardly ever see each other but what can you expect when we're both seniors and working. Roy will be graduating in August in Electrical Engineering. He'll then begin his master's degree at BYU in the fall. I just put in my application to intern in teaching in the fall. My adviser is trying to place me at Oak Canyon Junior High in Lindon, Utah. It's not solidified yet but our fingers are crossed.
The most exciting thing that's happened lately is that we are finally moved in and our apartment is finished at last! I'll post pictures as soon as I get the chance. I'll also post engagement and wedding photos when I finally get them from Roy's hard drive.
