Out of the Mouth of Babes

Have you ever seen this hilarious movie the church did? They interviewed a bunch of little kids and asked them questions about the gospel. Simple things like what do the bread and water represent in the sacrament. Their responses will have you rolling on the floor laughing!
Roy and I were recently called to teach the 4- and 5-year-olds at church and they have me thinking of this movie a lot. I don't ever want to forget some of the things they say so I thought I would record the best ones here.
For some reason my two favorites have both happened during prayers...

One boy asked to say the prayer. I always let them volunteer so they don't feel pressured but they are at the age that some can say it fine by themselves and others still need help. I wait for them to ask before I help. He stood up and folded his arms and said, "Dear Jesus...I need help." The class laughed for a good five minutes before I could get them to calm down enough to finish the prayer.

During her prayer, one girl said, "Please bless that this class will be better than the others." Roy and I both held back laughter until she finished. I'm not sure if she meant better than previous Sundays or better than the other Primary classes but we had a pretty good laugh about it.
